We offer marketing services project by project, or on a fixed fee marketing and advertising consulting contract. We make professional marketing, advertising and promotion cost effective and productive.

Why you need marketing?

Marketing is the broad discipline that seeks out specific targets of opportunity that would or should be interested in your service and/or product. Our primary service is to develop creative marketing strategies and tactics designed to convert targets to prospects and condition them to be pre-disposed to your firm and those products and/or services it provides. The key to success is in the planning and that is where we excel. (This primary service requires that we be hired on a fixed fee consulting basis over a stated period of time.)

The strategies we develop and the tactics to set them in motion are clearly defined in a comprehensive marketing communications plan we prepare and execute on your behalf.
Our unique consulting relationship with a client creates a situation where we become the client’s marketing department (where one does not exist) or we act as an extension of the existing marketing staff. where one does. In some cases our client may have an advertising agency that they employ; under those circumstances, if the client wishes, we will monitor the agency’s activities and/or work concurrently with them on various projects. In essence we become an advocate for the client in their dealings with outside agencies and related firms.

This provides a client with the option (if desired) to retain a typical advertising agency with which they are comfortable, and maintain "on-staff", "in-house" expertise to represent their interests in all issues pertaining to marketing and/or advertising

We provide two categories of service:

Fixed fee long term consultation - The term of service may range from six months to longer periods. The term or length of the association is determined by the client's needs and the scope of the work. Depending on the scope of the assignment the monthly retainer can be a minimum of $400 and can range to $6000. The retainer eliminates all hourly billing such in-house copy writing, in-house design, consultation on and off premises and supervision of outside vendors. All out of pocket expenses for vendor billing, etc. are billed at cost as a disbursement.

Project by Project - We also provide work on a project by project basis. We prefer that each project be estimated in advance and a fixed fee established. The fixed fee is based on an estimate of the total hours required to successfully complete the project and see it through to implementation. This eliminates hourly billing. All vendor work is charged for at cost + 20% for coordination and supervision.
